3. Clubhouse Covid-19 Operating Arrangements


The following operating arrangements are in place for the Bamber Bridge FC clubhouse:

In line with the Government's easing of lockdown restrictions the clubhouse will reopen at 12 noon on Saturday 4 July.

In order to provide a safe environment for visitors and staff, and in line with national guidance, the following changes are in place.

Entrance: The main doors of the club will be closed and customers are asked to enter the club from the the pitch side. The black exit gates next to the turnstiles will be open to gain access to the ground.

Signing In: In line with the Government's track and trace system, guests will be required to provide contact details for their party on arrival. Club members are asked to bring their membership cards and these will be scanned using the EPOS system. Pre-booking is not required.

Access to the bar: There will be a one way system in operation to access the bar. All guests must adhere to social distancing requirements whilst queuing and standing or sitting at the bar are not permitted. Contactless payment is encouraged.

Seating: Seating within the club has been rearranged to respect social distancing guidelines. Furniture must not be moved.

Hand sanitiser: Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the clubhouse for guests to use.

Families:Families are welcome but parents are reminded that they will be responsible for ensuring their children adhere to the social distancing guidelines.

General saftety All guests are asked to follow the safety notices and guidance posted around the clubhouse. Any guests not following the notices will be asked to leave.

Covid-19 Symptoms Anyone displaying any symptoms associated with Covid-19 MUST NOT visit the clubhouse.

These arrangements will remain under constant review and may be subject to change to ensure the club can offer a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
